Who we are
Northlane Paper Co. is a small online shop that sells printable art, planners, coloring pages, spreadsheet templates and printed apparel. We sell through Etsy and Whop. This policy explains what information we receive, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we receive
When you buy from us on Etsy or Whop, that marketplace collects your order details and shares with us what we need to fulfil the order: your name, the items you bought, and for physical items your shipping address. Payments are processed by the marketplace; we never see or store your card details. If you message us, we receive the message and the name on your account.
How we use it
We use this information only to deliver your order, to answer your questions, and to keep the records that tax law requires. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
For printed apparel, your name and shipping address go to our print partner, Printful, which makes and ships the item. Digital downloads are delivered by Etsy or Whop. We share nothing else, except where the law requires it.
We post pictures of our own products to our own Pinterest business account. Our Pinterest app reads only our own boards so it knows where to post. It does not read, collect or store any information about other Pinterest users.
Cookies and analytics
This website is hosted by Whop, which may record anonymous visit statistics. Etsy, Whop and Pinterest use their own cookies under their own privacy policies, which apply when you use their sites.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting rules require, usually seven years, and delete messages that are no longer needed.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to records we must keep by law. Residents of some places, including California and the European Union, have additional rights, which we honor on request.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above. The current version is always at this address.
